Classroom Etiquette
Students are allowed to turn in assignments late. One whole letter grade will be deducted from the assignment for every day past the original due date. Turning in an assignment late is better than receiving a grade of zero!
Plagiarism
Students should be proud and responsible for their own work. No form of cheating will be tolerating. There will be zero warnings. In the case that a student were caught cheating, the student's parents will be notified immediately. Students will be severely punished and lose certain privileges.
Absence
Students are given 2 additional days to make up for an assignment for each day missed. After returning from absence, the student must meet with the instructor in order to devise a plan to get back on track.

Extra Credit
Prior to taking an exam, students may complete a poster board on exam subject material. Completing this board will serve as a strong study tool. Do not be afraid to get creative with your work! Students are also allowed to submit test corrections in order to earn up to an additional half letter grade. Students must provide corrections for ALL exercises answered incorrectly. All extra credit opportunities are strictly voluntary.
